"Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to the President of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani associated with a high number of casualties in a bomb attack in Kabul," the Kremlin said, a case launched Sputnik on Sunday (24/7).
"Russian leaders unequivocally condemned crimes against civilians and reiterated its readiness to continue the most active cooperation with the government and people of Afghanistan in the fight against all forms of terrorism," he continued.
At least 80 people were killed and more than 230 people were injured after a suicide bomber detonates a bomb hidden in his clothing. The suicide bombing came amid demonstrations in Kabul.
