Jessica Alba's Dirty Little Secret To A Flawless Post-Baby Body

It's hard to believe that Jessica Alba has had two children from the seemingly constant state of perfection that her body is in.

However, the actress, who gave birth to her second daughter Haven in 2011, recently revealed toNet-A-Porter's weekly digital magazine that she had a lot of help reverting right back to her slim stomach.

"I wore a double corset day and night for three months," Alba explained, adding that it was a little hot with all the layers.

"It was sweaty, but worth it," she said.

Pairing that with a personal trainer and a strict diet, Alba has never looked better.

Keeping herself fit is just another endeavor that Alba is currently fitting into her unbelievably busy schedule. In the past few years, Alba has published a book entitled The Honest Life and started The Honest Company, a business promoting eco-friendly baby products.

"I don’t balance well. I just try to do the best I can," Alba said of all of her different projects.

Arguably, the most important project of all is Alba's role as a wife and mother. The actress also revealed how a recent vacation with her husband, Cash Warren, reignited her love for her family telling the publication, "It was our first trip in six years that wasn't for work. I didn't realize how important it was until we got home and I was like, ‘We like each other; we really are best friends.’"

"I knew we were rooting for each other every day and we’d made these two people who are my favorite things on the planet, but having that time just us, it was cool to connect. We both chose the right person," she continued.
