President of the Islamic Republic of Gambia Reject Election Results, US Upset

Previously reported, the President of the Islamic Republic of Gambia Yahya Jammeh rejected the results of the presidential elections held last week. Jammeh, who lost to his rival, Adama Barrow (opposition), called for new elections.

Jammeh's fickle attitude, because shortly after the election is completed held him admit defeat. However, now reject the election result.

During led Jammeh, Gambia which was originally a secular state is converted into an Islamic state with the name of the Islamic Republic of The Gambia in 2015.

"After a thorough investigation, I have decided to reject the results of the recent elections. I lament the serious irregularities and unacceptable, were reported during the election process, "said Jammeh.

"I recommend a new and transparent elections which will be inaugurated by the independent electoral commission," he said again.
